Fresh organic ingredients travel just a few metres from garden to plate — and when they don’t, they come from local farmers, fishermen and winemakers.
Guided by the seasons, rooted in Alentejo’s native ingredients, the menu is plant-forward; thoughtful sourcing and minimal use of animal protein.
Our cooking is guided by curiosity and a deep respect for the land. The restaurant is open to all — no need to be a guest.

PIZZERIA
Pizza: the universal language of love. Ours is made with Portuguese organic flours — including ancient and wholegrain varieties — slowly fermented for depth of flavour and hand-stretched with care.
Topped with fresh ingredients and baked in a traditional ceramic wood-fired oven, each pizza is unique, and best enjoyed under the Alentejo sky.

Every season, we invite a different chef to explore their gastronomic vision. Cooking mainly with ingredients from our land and guided by a farm-to-table philosophy, they are free to create, innovate, and surprise guests with their culinary expressions.
